Warranty Policy

Coverage

Microscopes and accessories sold by MicroHub carry a 12-month warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship in normal use. If a covered defect appears, we will repair, replace or refund the item — the remedy that restores a working instrument fastest.

Not covered

Accidental damage, immersion or liquid damage beyond a product’s stated rating, misuse, unauthorized disassembly or repair, consumables (batteries, cleaning solution, slides), and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

How to claim

Email harisleadgen8+microhub@gmail.com with your order reference, a description of the fault, and a photo or short video if the fault is visible. We reply with the next step — often a check that resolves it without shipping anything. Keep your order confirmation email; it is your proof of purchase.

Your other rights

This warranty is in addition to any rights provided by applicable US consumer law, which it does not limit.
