Reviews — Our Policy

Why there are no star ratings on this site yet

MicroHub is a new store and has not completed customer orders through this website. Publishing ratings now would mean publishing invented ratings — so there are none. Product pages carry full specifications, honest limits and buying guidance instead of stars.

How reviews will work

When orders complete, verified buyers will be invited by email to review the exact product they received. Reviews will show as verified-purchase, be published unedited except for abuse or private information, and negative reviews will not be suppressed.

What we will never do

Buy reviews, import reviews from other stores or marketplaces, seed ratings from staff, or summarize reviews we do not have. If you see a rating on this site in future, it came from a confirmed order.
